Findings in plain language, agreed configuration changes and test observations you can keep.
The reported problem
The form confirms a submission, but the notification never reaches the team.
What we investigate
Does the form create an entry? Which service sends the notification? Is that sender configured for the domain?
The agreed next step
Confirm the cause, agree the change, then test the notification and record what happened.
Follow the inquiry
all the way through.
A working form and a delivered email are different checks. We look for the point where the handoff breaks.

Useful details, when you need them
What SPF, DKIM and DMARC do
- SPF
- Lists permitted sending servers for the envelope domain.
- DKIM
- Adds a signature that receivers can verify against a domain’s key.
- DMARC
- Checks alignment with the visible From domain and publishes handling and reporting policy.
DMARC can pass through aligned SPF or DKIM. Authentication helps establish identity; reputation, content and recipient filters still matter.
How the quote is scoped
Domains, sending tools and the cause determine the work. Your written quote identifies the review, agreed changes and verification.
Provider subscriptions and third-party tools are separate. Migrations, ongoing monitoring, high-volume sending and extended reputation work need a separate scope. Additional work is agreed first.
What to send us first
Your domain, sending tools, when it started and redacted error messages. Access is agreed separately. Never send passwords or sensitive records.
Frequently asked questions
What will an email review tell me?
You receive relevant findings, agreed configuration changes and test observations. Recipient rules, reputation, content and sending practices also affect placement; we investigate without promising every message will reach an inbox.
Can you work with our current provider?
We start with your current setup. Any provider move is a separate decision and scope.
Can you investigate missing website notifications?
Yes. We review how the form hands off to the sender and how the receiving mailbox handles the notification.
How does a bounce message help?
A redacted delivery notice can help identify where to investigate. The cause may be configuration, sending behaviour or the receiving system’s rules.
What should we send you first?
Your domain, sending tools and redacted evidence. DNS or provider access is agreed separately; never send passwords or sensitive records in the enquiry.
What about continuing monitoring?
We can discuss whether follow-up is needed. Ongoing monitoring or support is included only if separately agreed.
